Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed online or via telephone will be shipped within (1) business day, or the following Business day concluding a weekend or holiday. Please note the shipping method and delivery times as we are not responsible for carrier delivery times.
If any special delivery instructions are required, please use the comments section during the order process prior to completing the order.
If the wrong address was provided during checkout or package(s) are not picked up and are returned to us for any reason, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
MD Helicopters USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Products labeled as "Pre-Order" may have a slight delivery delay as they are being shipped to us directly from the manufacturer at time of the order being placed.
Returns are only accepted on items that are "non used" and "in the original packaging". If the requested return meets the specified guidelines, requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. All returns will be issued a store credit and all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns that are related to Warranty issues are subject to the OEM Warranty policy and may require additional time to process and we may have to go through them directly.
